I have always been a spiritual seeker. From my youth I knew inner spiritual work was the way to heal from my debilitating anxiety, fear and depression. Being an intuitive and empath has enriched my life yet generated feelings I did not understand or know how to control, especially when I was young: I wanted so much to be "normal".
I found it difficult to reconcile the emotions and knowings within me with what I was being told and seeing in the world around me. I felt unsafe in what seemed like a realm of unpredictability and longed to go "home".
I have traveled down some dark paths to see what they offered, and knew they were not what I wanted. I have found my way one challenge at a time and am thankful for all I have learned and how I have grown.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened."

There have been multiple awakening periods where all I "knew" and believed came into question as Spirit led me to new "innerstanding" and empowerment. These shifts were both frightening and more exciting than I could have imagined. Awakening has come in waves; changing my grounding as old layers are moved out to sea and rushes of fresh new insight wash over. The waves keep flowing... pushing and pulling.... They are powerful yet do not overwhelm. In between each wave is time to practice and integrate what has been learned.
My Studies...
In 2005 I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Literature, and more recently a Master of Divinity with a focus on Spiritual Healing and Counseling. I then studied at The Center for Transformational Coaching and Living and became certified as a Deep Transformational Coach. Throughout my education, I worked in the hair industry as a stylist and salon manager; the wisdom and richness of the relationships and interactions of that time has been pivotal to my growth and development as a woman, friend and coach.
What I Value...
I am a wife, mother and step mother and deeply value my family and close friendships. I homeschool my youngest son and am filled with gratitude to be on a love and learning journey with my husband. I am a writer and poet. I connect with Spirit especially when outdoors. I am vegetarian and have a reverence and appreciation for animals and all life.
My passion is sharing heart space with others where all is allowed and free to be explored: I cultivate authentic connection and see the power and beauty within them. Awakening is a continuing opportunity, is utterly natural and what we are here to do.
I don’t heal others, but assist them in healing themselves. I don’t fix anyone, I rather help them tune in to the wisdom of their heart and then healing begins; from there all things can be made new. I hope to meet you and share in this transformation journey with you.
