Life

You cannot create beyond the state you are in
Just as a problem cannot be solved
At the same level in which it was developed.
Your state of consciousness
Is where it is
It ministers to you
In who is with you now
What the trees speak
And the inspirations
Which are opportunities
Reveal themselves.
Keep growing and releasing the pain
And slowly create from the place where hurt
Is no longer heard.

Changing

Changing

Ascension is moving in to what it is we are
Choosing to continue to embrace the wisdom
The love that surrounds all of our circumstances
Difficult and blissful
Knowing the in between
Neutrality is where we find God
There is no good or bad or should have or need
It is as it is and perfect
There is nothing but seeing and embracing the now
Where all of it is felt in self and outside
So much to reason
Figure out and develop an opinion on
A belief or a theory….
And what if it is all a game of all of it being mixed up
While choosing to trust
In the midst of the pain and dark energy that seems to consume
It is perfect.
How can this be?
It is-
And you know that.
For now- for this is the realm of duality
And it is almost time to change that to something new and pure
But this is necessary so we allow it all
And know we are held
Loved and part of the creation of it all.

My shadows arose and spoke to my mind
Fear, doubt, ache
I stood and watched them
Washing over rapidly
The moment becoming dark and pounding
So I turned away and felt light return.
I was watcher
And I chose to see
Rather than fall in to the flow of
Death.
I bring life and fruit
Your tree can grow with me as
Tender to its needs
Leaving you be
And seeing the light and calling it forth.

Being beyond time

Patience

There is no rush
Ever
When I feel a push
I remember
Because I have and continue listening to my guidance
There is continual unfolding and preparation.
I need not feel a rush or neediness
In the all powerful hands and flow
Time is but an illusion to assist us in organizing ourselves in this dense dimension
It need not rule me
It is not what propels me
That is beyond time.
Therefore I need not try or force it
I must allow it all
The waiting
The not knowing
The anticipation of new life and path or not
Either is now as it is
And will be what it will be.
There is not angst to energize change to the light
That is done with quiet trust and walking alongside
Heeding the knowing.

Being with Myself -Being with Ourselves- Being One with All

My hidden beneath deep and powerful energy is coming to meet me in waves- it is subtle and I know she is gently acclimating me back and towards this higher WAY of myself as a part of the ALL. I feel her- she is regal and beautiful- she is unafraid. She is mysterious and being around her is a combination of both dark and light energy- as she allows it all to work together without resistance or hesitation. She trusts that THE POWER that flows through all life is meant to create, heal, and reveal expansion, power and beauty. There is nothing else unless I choose to see it- If I see something as WRONG or needing to be FIXED… when in truth the dark simply needs light and the pain needs love- the frightened parts need holding and acknowledgement- all needs to be brought in to the light and the integration of WHOLENESS which is SOURCE and the FLOW OF LIFE.
As the cycles of the year turn and teach different lessons and knowings- I look to nature and my inner guidance to know what is REAL and what is LIFE. THE Path is not on the internet- it is not in a book- it is not OUT THERE---- however it is here- in this realm and in the one I hold inside of me. When I close my eyes I go there- I can see the vast dark- the colors- hear a whisper of a voice although silent to the ear. This is the land where I go at night- when I die and before I came- therefore here is where I go for remembrance and fulfillment. This is to be known and experienced- LIVED IN while still in my body here. I open my eyes as OBSERVER and experience this reality while the SOURCE eternal now IS me in this realm integrating those energies from within me with what is outside of me. I am a traveler- the map is my inner eye and the eyes to the outside navigate me through the lessons and adventure.
Here I am. I AM. And that is all I need to know.

Joy Is Truth

Could it be that joy is truth?

The mystery of our emotions and what they are teaching us is one of the greatest of life's lessons. Mastering our thoughts is such a challenging task that the power of the mind and its role as leader and guide of the body and emotional system cannot be undervalued. We can be flooded with a wide variety of feelings that take us into varying experiences of this reality in our here and now. Most all of our discontent and pain, fear and anxiety is birthed from our thinking mind. Very often none of these perceptions and imaginings are even real, rather possibilities that usually live in the past or the future. When we tune in to what it is we are feeling, we are usually able to identify the thought that has contributed to that state. The more we can become aware of these thoughts and look at them in neutrality rather than from the emotional response, we are able to question their validity and truth in our lives.

Once we have practiced the art of observing our thoughts, we can then identify them as "things" that we are choosing to either hold on to or let go of. They are not us. The thought is not the person or the consciousness, it is rather a creative choice- something to take a hold of or choose to release. When we are able to see that we choose which thoughts we entertain and engage with, we also must see that our consciousness lies beyond thought. It is the witness and observer within our being that sees how we are relating to our circumstances and patterns of thinking. This is where our power can build and we can find the strength to take a hold of what lives within our minds, for we see that we have that choice and it is something we are choosing and creating for ourselves in every now moment.

When we are feeling anxiety and fear it is never because we are remembering or imagining thoughts of love and empowerment; it is rather when we recall an unsettling experience from the past or a possible negative outcome in the future. When we are feeling relaxed and at peace or filled with joy we know that we are abiding in a state beyond negative thought forms, and rather not holding any thought at all, or choosing ones that feel good and nourishing to the heart. The heart is the second factor in self-awareness and the power of thought. The heart has a memory and communication all its own and is meant to work in sync with the mind; the mind being the masculine power of consciousness and the heart the feminine- when they can align with one another there can be felt a level of knowing within a person that is not experienced from mind (thoughts) alone. When the heart engages with thought there is the possibility to enhance one's intuition in holding on to truth and allowing all else to be released.

When we speak of truth, what is it we mean? It is what is real at a soul and spirit level of a person. It is not built upon circumstances and happenings in the outer world; it is rather what speaks from the universe within you- informing you as you walk your path of life. Truth can go beyond words or intellectualized thoughts to knowings that need not be articulated, rather felt. When there is knowing that arises from heart and mind alignment, it will lead to feelings of peace, safety, being loved, forgiveness and hope. When the heart is opened and able to be heard, it will not speak words of fear or anger. It will allow you to face and feel through what you must to release traumas and then get to the truth that awaits you, which is joy. Joy is more than happiness- it is feeling that natural state of being that is free from the lies of fear, separation and confusion. Presence alone is free from our mind chatter of fear and negative possibility, separation with others and competing agendas- it is one of unity and love. If you can see all that has entered your world as teacher to you for your soul's evolution, you can know that you have been cared for and guided through it all. If you can know that everything you experience has been created by your inner world and the contracts and mission you came to live out, then there is nothing but growth and expansion for your highest good. When all is opportunity for you to remember more of who you are and engage with the Source within you, there is nothing to fear.

When we feel confident, loving to ourselves and others, connected to humanity and the earth, able to see beyond differences of opinion and beliefs- we do not feel alone. When we don't feel alone, we don't fear abandonment, being good enough, or being found out for not being "perfect" in the way we have been taught that exists. We can relax and flow with the rhythm of life and spirit- and trust that all is for our highest good- and good is all there is. When we feel the truth of love within us- when it is known- it becomes clear that fear, and all that goes along with it, is a lie. It does not live where love does. We get to choose what we align our thoughts to, but this is again the thinking of the mind and the heart- the within- learning to integrate and empower us to freedom. This can begin with simply being still and listening to your heart- see what it has to say to you; bring a question to it and remain still and quiet long enough to hear the truth it answers with. When you hear from your heart you know.

As we use our emotional guidance system to reveal to us patterns in our thinking that leads to different emotional states and moods- we are given the tools we need to see what within us needs a second look- What needs some time and attention- some love shone upon it- so that it can heal. The limitless love that we have access to within ourselves can heal all wounds. We have not been left powerless and helpless in an unpredictable world all alone. In fact, we are all called back to joy- all of us- because we are all on this journey together. We have become addicted to uncomfortable ways of being after multiple traumas, deception and negative programming- and we have forgotten that we do not have to remain in that state. Joy awaits us within and it is the truth of who we are. As the heart and mind integrate and we listen- new paths unfold and the emotions we have grown accustomed to for so long can fall away.

Presence and Possibilty

Let us not fear the unfamiliar... for newness is what we seek- what we CREATE

Dream

New eyes perceive light-

Possibility rather than

What was before…

This is the new state of Now that I reside in.

When I do step back in to the old mode…

Feeling the limitation moving in

Encircling and lowering my expectation

My vision becomes blurry and I recollect instead what was in past

What someone else is doing or what the story line tells me.

The new vision is one beyond the eyes

A sensing and knowing- in to the arms of the Divine-

A conversation and initiation that moves and flows in each now.

I tap in to that current and nothing is as it was before

I formerly felt the pinch of limitation and what if….

Circling in a whirlwind of fixing what is….

Rather than letting it be and attending to the teaching of right now.

It is abundance that will not run dry-

This is what the Great Master said….

”But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” *

That water is always arising from the well of my heart.

Therefore I nourish my body and listen to my heart- chalice of the power of light and life

It has shifted and will not be what it was

I AM new

It always was here- available to me- within my being and very essence….

Yet out of reach somehow…

How does one explain the process of awakening? How is it expressed outside of oneself?

It is lived and exuded

Like a light on a hill that is seen by all who come near in the darkness

It is felt and appreciated by some and unseen by others

But it is the experience of the light

Of the altered state of being- that ignites the spark in another to come alive!

Once the fire begins- the journey is his/her own and that is how it is to be.

God in me and God in you expressing side by side, as one and all alone.

Remembering The Within

Remembering The Within

We are moving along on this journey that we embarked on so long ago, but many lost their way…. Forgetting why we came and what we are to be focused upon, creating and being while here and in these bodies. With circumstances moving and playing out as they are, more are waking to their intention of bringing light here- of healing this planet- of being here when this was to take place. Some have been here for thousands of years and others waited until now to embody in this realm.

The now moment is where you must remain… it is not beneficial to move back or forward. Things are new-they are not to be as they were and if you go back or forward in your desires and thinking you will hinder the possibility of what wants to emerge which is beyond that framework of your previous remembered experience or programming of what to wish for and desire for your life going forward. The now- listening watching- sensing and being fully present with what you are called and inspired to do in this moment is where life is… you will begin finding this to be true for the first time and it will change your life immensely.

Now you are safe- you are provided for and you are at peace. Now you are inspired to speak with Spirit and connect with your I Am Presence, angels and guides. Now you feel the air around you fill your lungs and watch the grasses and trees move with the winds. Your spirit animal friends visit you and you will recognize them- listen to what they show you. Now you are cleaning out your spaces and making room for simplicity and what is to come… knowing it is good and there is not need to cling to anything of this dimension. Share, donate, remove what is not in your highest or alignment with where you are now… this will benefit you as you release and shed what you have been for some time, but it is escalating and moving more and more in to the physical… this is your practice- your cycle and rhythm that guides you to health and prosperity of a higher kind. Children of the light will be outside as much as will allow- they will leave their homes and speak to the sky- you will find more of your tribe as you are outside… Mother calls to you and you are answering her. She cries and laughs as she too is in an emotional whirlwind of anticipation, pain and bliss. Be with her- and She is with you… you are going through this as One… hold one another and allow it to comfort and heal something deep inside…

The fruits of those born of wisdom is ripe and sweet… see it and know that they are of God. You know by who they show you they are… not by discussing topics and agreeing on one idea or position or another- you are beyond these… you are fruit together…. Growing on the vine of Source- intensifying in nutrients, sweet and development (ripeness)--- being- experiencing what it means to be raised up, pruned and made more plentiful and rich. Look in to one another and know that here is God. Here is yourself- here is home and the promise. The promise is here- you are entering in as you are preparing yourself and your garments for the celebration and new role you will play- that of God Self and not the script and players of your past experiences… new garments for this new being that you ARE. Standing tall and beautiful in the light of truth and the support of Mother- surrounded with grand and perfected brothers and sisters of the light… reunited and melding as one… sound- song- movement- sharing- gazing- laughter- expression- beauty abounds here… Tend to your light- your chakras are spinning- keep them afire- tend to the oil of your body temple and know the rest is done on your behalf… it flows at all times through your breath and your inner vision. Breathe. Touch the beauty that you know endures… tend to it as a delicate bud. Wait- in positive expectation in this now moment. Where all is possible and being created deep underneath the soil beyond what is visible to the eye, rather felt in the vibrations under your feet and pulsating up in through your body as you walk about and as you sleep.
